If you order something, we need your information to ensure that we can process your order. But we always handle your personal data with care. We take care of them and keep them safe. When does this privacy policy apply?
This privacy policy applies to all personal data that Bol processes from anyone who has placed an order via our Lowlands webshop.
What are personal data?
Personal data is all data that can be traced back to you as an individual. Just think of your name or email address. And other data that is unique to you, such as your bol order history.
Whose personal data do we process and how do we obtain this data?
We process the personal data of everyone who has placed an order via our Lowlands webshop. We receive the data directly from you by entering it during the ordering process.

Data for processing your order
If you order something, we need certain information from you to deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. This information is also required for any returns or repairs.
For this purpose we collect your name, email address and payment details. The data is necessary to execute the agreement you have concluded with us.
We will delete the data you leave in the webshop no later than October 1. We only store your payment details linked to the ordered products for up to 7 years after purchase. We are legally obliged to do so.
With whom is your data shared?

organizational as well as technical area. We have a group of specialists who work daily to secure our systems and look for vulnerabilities. Through strict access control, we ensure that your personal data is only accessible to employees for whom it is necessary that they work with it. In addition, at bol we regularly have our security tested by external experts. Do we give your data to someone else? We then require that the other person handles your data as carefully as we do. What rights can you exercise with regard to your data?

You cannot object to this.
Right to data portability

Right to restriction
