Returns & Cancellations
Cancel
You can still cancel as long as you have not yet collected the item. Send an email to lowlands@bol.com with your order ID (this can be found in your order confirmation) and indicate that you want to cancel the order. You can also respond to the order confirmation with this information.
We will process your cancellation within 24 hours on working days, after which we will refund you. You will automatically receive an email from us when your cancellation has been processed.
Have you already picked up the product but are you not satisfied? Then you can return within the return period.

Questions & problems
Didn't receive money after cancellation?
If you have not received an email within 24 hours that we have processed your cancellation, please contact lowlands@bol.com . If you have received an email that your cancellation has been processed, the money will be back in your account within 5 working days at the latest.
Returns
Still not completely satisfied with your article? Visit De Festivalwinkel during Lowlands to exchange or return the item. Not happy with you article after Lowlands? Then register it as a return and follow the shipping instructions. We will refund you within 14 days of your return notification, unless of course you have not yet returned it.
Returns step by step :
- Register your return within 30 days after you have picked up the item at Lowlands. Send an email to lowlands@bol.com with your order ID (this can be found in your order confirmation) and indicate which product(s) you want to return. You can also respond to the order confirmation with this information. You will receive return instructions with a return label.
- Hand in your return at a parcel point.
- We will process your return, you will receive an email from us when your return has been processed.
- You will get your money back after processing. Sometimes the bank takes a while to process the refund, but of course they do this as quickly as possible.
Questions & problems
Have you not yet received the money for your return?
If you have not received an email after 10 working days that we have processed your return, please contact us. If you have received an email that your return has been processed, the money will be in your account within 5 working days at the latest.
Can't find the return address?
You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification.
It no longer fits in the box
If the items do not fit in 1 box, please write the address and returns number on each box and we will match them in our warehouse.
Return conditions
Return period
From the moment you have picked up your order, you have 30 days to register your item for return via lowlands@bol.com. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it
The item may be used once
Purely to determine the nature, characteristics and operation. If you use the item more extensively or more often, depreciation may occur. You are responsible for this yourself.
Received a damaged or defective item?
Return your item within the return period and inform us of the reason for return.
Free return
Returns are always free with us. Returns are also possible via the model withdrawal form.
Pack your item securely
Preferably in the original box.
You cannot return this
- Gift vouchers and cards
- Magazines and magazines
- Digital articles (ebooks, audiobooks and games)
- Software subscriptions/products (of which the seal has been broken)
- Flowers, plants and Christmas trees that have a limited shelf life
- Natural enemies (e.g. nematodes against mourning fly)
- Audio recordings, video recordings, DVDs and computer software (of which the seal has been broken)
- Items that are custom/personally made, such as mixed paint, engraved cutlery and custom-made curtains
- Items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (of which the seal has been broken)
